SUMA TRADITIONAL COUNCIL ENSTOOL BAGBIN AS NANA ADASUOKO I

The Speaker of Parliament arliament Rt. Hon. Alban Sumana Bagbin has been enstooled by the Suma Traditional Council as Nana ADASUOKO I in a royal fashion at Suma-Ahenkro in the Bono region.


This honor was done the Rt. Hon. Speaker, during the 2023 Annual Royal Retreat and Crusade of the Traditional and Local Councils of Churches.


In his address, His Royal Majesty Odeneho Dr. Affram Brempong III who is the Paramount Chief and President of the Suma Traditional Council, extolled the virtues and unparalleled leadership qualities of Rt. Hon. Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin. He was emphatic of the role Rt. Hon. Bagbin keeps playing in projecting and protecting the culture, values, traditions and customs of the diverse ethnic groups in Ghana.

Rt. Hon. Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin served as a legislator for twenty-eight (28) years before being elected as the Speaker of Parliament. He has many local and foreign awards to his credit and was recently enskinned as a Development Chief by the Paramount Chief of Takpo Traditional Council.
