'During our monitoring we realized that there are no shops around here so if anyone is thirsty and needs to drink water it would be difficult to get some to buy. We therefore seek to ameliorate this burden'.
He went ahead to state that the importance of the voter registration exercise and encouraged all persons within the constituency who have never registered for a voter ID card to register for it.
However, Baako said he had noticed that some of the registrants by their physical appearance are minors but expressed optimism that they would be duly challenged.
He expressed satisfaction over the process so far stating, ' impressed with the process because since our monitoring we have not seen any major challenges hindering the process'.
The electoral commission opened a limited registration exercise for those who turned eighteen and all who haven't been captured in the voter roll to get registered. It has been opened for twenty one days ahead of the December district level elections.
